What an absolutely stunning property, tucked away in a picturesque alley, it's like stepping into a Mediterranean dream. The owners, Ivana and Franco, are the epitome of hospitality, always going above and beyond to make us feel at home. Despite the language barrier, they were incredibly kind and friendly. The garden is a true oasis, and their dog Ugo is the friendliest companion. We were originally only planning to stay one night, but due to rough seas, we ended up extending our stay to three nights, and they made the process seamless. Ivana and Franco are the best hosts on the island, providing us with insider tips and recommendations for the best local dining experiences and connecting us with tour operators for boat trips and hikes. The location of the property is excellent, just a short walk from the port and within easy reach of a secluded beach, a cozy bar, a well-stocked supermarket, and the finest restaurants of Stromboli. The house itself is like a fairytale "Hobbit" house, with stunning decoration and a comfortable room that exudes comfort and relaxation. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, especially the delightful breakfast and engaging conversations with our hosts. Our only regret was having to leave so soon, as there is much more to explore on Stromboli than just the volcano. This truly was a jaw-dropping experience!

Toilet design needs improvement.

The amenities in the room were well thought out and there was nothing that we were missing. Lovely garden setting with chairs to sit and relax in its various spaces around it. Interesting decorations throughout the property. The most hospitable hosts you could ever imagine to meet and nothing was too much trouble. Super nice owners who shared recommendations for best dinners, boat trips, and hiking. Well located, close to the port, beach, supermarket, and best restaurants.

Wow, I loved my room at La Rosamarina! It had a private bathroom with all the essentials - a bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The best part was the cozy seating area and patio. It felt like my own little oasis where I could relax and unwind after a long day on the road. Plus, the private entrance gave me extra privacy. I felt right at home!
Honestly, I wasn't a fan of the wardrobe in the room. It was a bit small for my liking.

The rooms at La Rosamarina were cozy and comfortable, with a private bathroom that had everything we needed. Our twin/double room had a private entrance, which gave us a sense of privacy and freedom to come and go as we pleased. The patio and seating area in our twin/double room were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The double room with a patio provided a great outdoor space to soak up the sun and enjoy the fresh air. All the rooms at the guest house had a private bathroom equipped with a bidet, which was a nice touch.
Personally, I found the wardrobe in our room a bit small to fit all our clothes comfortably.
